Vendor & Contractor Access Guidelines and policy

To support the safety, well-being, and smooth operation of the community, all vendor and contractor visits must be scheduled with Management in advance.

• Non-emergency visits: All appointments, repairs, or maintenance must be scheduled with Management at least 48 hours in advance. This allows for proper parking and elevator access and coordination, ensures building safety, and helps minimize disruption to residents.

  • Important: If you have not received a calendar invite for a scheduled appointment, it is not considered approved and would be treated as a violation of the PW Rules and Regulations.

• Emergency visits: In the event of an emergency, such as fire, flood, or water loss, plumbing failures, heating or cooling outages, or blood-related incidents, Management must still be notified in writing as soon as possible.

• ACC/Renovations: Require a submitted application for review and official approval before any work can begin. The application can be found in the e-docs section.

Hours: Scheduled visits are allowed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Weekend work is only permitted for emergencies as listed above.
