Peachtree Walk Condominiums – Move-in / Move-out & Delivery Policy

Scheduling Your Move

  • All moves must be scheduled at least three (3) days in advance.

  • A $150.00 fee is required to be paid before the scheduling of the move.

  • Moves must take place Monday – Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

  • Moves are scheduled in 4-hour blocks:

    • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    • 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • Weekend moves are limited and subject to availability.

  • The move is not considered scheduled until a calendar invite is sent.

Moves that extend past 4:00 PM on weekdays or occur at any time on weekends will incur an additional $150 fee.

We will coordinate:

  • Gate entry

  • Elevator padding & usage instructions

Move-In / Move-Out Fees

  • $150 non-refundable fee – due before your scheduled move.

  • If your move is not completed by 4:00 PM (weekday) or takes place on a weekend, an additional $150 fee applies.

  • Payment method: Check or money order, payable to Peachtree Walk Condos, delivered to the Management Office before your move.

New Resident Requirements

  • All new owners/tenants must complete a Resident Information Form (available in the E-Docs section of the website).

  • Completed forms must be submitted to the Management Office.

  • New residents must also complete the PW Welcome Orientation with the Property Manager within 7 business days of move-in.

Large Furniture & Appliance Deliveries

  • Must be scheduled with the Management Office in advance.

  • Delivery times: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

  • Deliveries past 4:00 PM on weekdays or anytime on weekends will incur a $150 fee.
