Peachtree Walk Condominiums – Board of Directors - Meetings & Schedule

Regular Board Meetings:

Board of Directors meetings are held every other month on the second Monday at 7:00 PM in the B Building conference room.

Open Sessions:

The Open Session is open to all homeowners and runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Scheduled Open Session & Town Hall Dates (2026):

  • February 9, 2026 – 7:00 PM

  • June 8, 2026 – 7:00 PM

  • July (TBD), 2026 – 7:00 PM (Town Hall Meeting)

  • October 12, 2026 – 7:00 PM

Meeting agendas and Zoom links are emailed to homeowners before each Open Session. Open Board Meetings are intended for transparency. Owners may attend to observe and listen only. Participation, questions, comments, or interruptions during Board discussions are not permitted, unless there is a hearing scheduled.

Annual Meeting:

The Annual Meeting is held each year in December.
The 2026 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
The location will be announced in November 2026.

Homeowners are encouraged to attend Open Session meetings, Town Hall meetings, and the Annual Meeting to stay informed and engaged with the community.
