Board of Directors - Meetings & Schedule

Board of Directors Meetings:
Board meetings are held every other month on the second Monday at 7:00 PM. Executive Session meetings are closed to the Membership. However, all homeowners are invited to attend the Open Session portions of the meetings, either in person or virtually.

2026 Open Session Meeting Dates
Open Session meetings are open to all homeowners and will be held from 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM in the B Building Conference Room or via Zoom:

  • February 9, 2026

  • June 8, 2026

  • July (TBD), 2026 – Town Hall Meeting

  • October 12, 2026

Meeting agendas and Zoom links will be emailed in advance of each Open Session.

Please note that Open Board Meetings are intended for transparency. Homeowners are welcome to attend to observe and listen; however, participation, questions, comments, or interruptions during Board discussions are not permitted unless a hearing has been scheduled.

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is held each year in December.
The 2026 Annual Meeting is scheduled for:
Monday, December 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM
The meeting location will be announced in November 2026.

We encourage all homeowners to attend Open Session meetings, the Town Hall, and the Annual Meeting to stay informed and engaged with the community.
