Building Access, Parking, and Annual Registration Policies
Access Devices & Building Entry
Vehicle Gates:
All gates require a valid PW access device or windshield reader strip for entry. The P1 garages are strictly for PW residents. All guests must park on the Upper Guest Decks and scan the QR code located at the building entrance doors prior to entering the building.New Owners and Residents, Access Device Issuance or Replacements:
New owners and residents should receive access devices, current-year parking permit decals, a door key, and a mailbox key from the previous owner at closing, or from their Lessor, if the owner has a valid Lease permit and leases the unit.For replacement of access devices, please contact the Property Manager:

Each unit is permitted:
• One (1) access card or key fob per unit +
• One (1) additional access card or key fob per bedroom and per resident
ACCESS DEVICE FEE:
• Access Cards: $40
• Key Fobs: $40
• Windshield Access Stickers: $50

Building Access Policy
To maintain the safety and well-being of all residents, the following access policies are strictly enforced:
No Unauthorized Entry: Couriers, delivery personnel, and other service providers are not permitted inside controlled-access areas.
No Buzz-In Policy: Residents must not grant building access to food delivery drivers, couriers, or package carriers. Violations may result in fines.

All deliveries and packages must be dropped off in the Building B Lobby and will be stored in the package room for resident pickup.Food Deliveries Only:
Must be met at the P1 Pedestrian Entrance, on Peachtree Walk for Building A. For Building B they are met in the lobby.
Additional Security Notice:
Granting access to non-residents is strictly prohibited, except for approved guests, personal visitors, approved vendors and contractors, and licensed real estate professionals. These policies are in place to ensure the continued safety and security of the community.
Couriers and delivery personnel are not permitted inside controlled access areas of either building.
Do not buzz in food, package, or courier deliveries—violations will incur fines.
Deliveries must be delivered to and picked up at:
Building B Lobby and stored in the package room until pickup.
Food Deliveries only -P1 Pedestrian Entrance (Peachtree Walk – Building A)
Annual Resident Registration
All owners & residents must complete the Resident Information Sheet each January.
Submit via email: kyoung@teammgt.com or drop off at the Management Office.
All occupants over 18 must be registered with the Association and Management, and complete a PW Welcome Orientation with Management before they move in.
Annual PW Parking permit sticker issuance requires submission of the completed Resident Information Sheet.
If you are a Dog Owner, you must register your dog each year and pay the $125 annual pet fee in January. The form can be found in the e-docs section of this website.
Bicycle Storage Registration. If you house your bicycle in our secure bike cages in the P1 garages, it must be registered with the Association and Management. The form can be found in the e-docs section of this website.
Parking Policies
Resident Parking
Vehicles must display a current PW parking sticker on the rear passenger-side window to park in garages, decks, or lobby areas.
Guest Parking: Upper GUEST DECK only. Guests must scan the QR code at the access door and must be visiting the unit/resident.
Providing a 2026 PW parking sticker to a vendor, housekeeper, pet sitter, or non-resident is a violation. Fine: $250, effective immediately.
Public or unauthorized use of guest parking is prohibited and subject to towing/fines!
Sticker Allocation
1-Bedroom Unit: 1 resident sticker
2-Bedroom Unit: 2 resident stickers
Loft Unit: 1 resident sticker
New Owners/Tenants:
Homeowners: Stickers and access devices should be provided at closing. Replacements available at Mandatory New Owner/Tenant Orientation.
Tenants: Landlords are responsible for providing stickers and access devices before move-in.
Strict Enforcement
Vehicles that are:
Disabled or unregistered
Missing a current PW parking sticker
Improperly or illegally parked
Will be booted or towed at the owner’s expense.
Sticker Replacements
Distributed annually in January or at move-in.
Replacement stickers: $25 each
Lost stickers will be added to boot/tow lists; found lost stickers must not be reused.
