Peachtree Walk Condominiums – Emergency Evacuation & Safety Plan
IMPORTANT: If this is a fire, medical emergency, or life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately!
For all other after-hours issues, please follow the steps below.
Water Leaks or Flooding
1. Turn Off Your Water Immediately
If you discover a leak in your unit, shut off your water as quickly as possible to minimize damage.
The shut-off valve is located inside your water heater closet.
2. Contact a Licensed Plumber or Remediation Vendor
Call a professional immediately to assist with repairs and water cleanup.
A list of commonly used vendors is available on the “Vendors” page of this website.
3. Notify the Peachtree Walk Courtesy Officer
Call the Courtesy Officer at 678-215-5604 to report the issue.
4. Email the Property Manager
Once the situation is under control, email Kat Young, Property Manager at Kyoung@teammgt.com to notify her of the incident.
5. If Other Units Are Affected
Inform the Courtesy Officer if you believe neighboring units may also be impacted.
This allows them to act quickly and coordinate water shut-off for other units or the entire stack if needed.
Reminder: The primary goal during a water emergency is to contain the leak quickly and ensure a licensed vendor is on-site as soon as possible to begin remediation and repairs.
