Peachtree Walk Condominiums – Package and Delivery Policy

Package Room Access:

• Packages may be picked up 24/7 from the package room in the B Building lobby using your access device.

• Please do not leave packages unattended in the lobby or package room for more than 48 hours.

Food deliveries:

• Delivery Drivers & Couriers
  Delivery personnel are not permitted beyond the controlled access areas of either building. Allowing drivers inside the building is a violation of community policy and may result in fines.

• Lobby Deliveries
  Food deliveries should be picked up promptly. Items may not remain in the lobby for more than 30 minutes.

• And Weekends, 11:00 AM – 3:00 AM

Note: Courtesy Officers, Janitorial, Maintenance, and Management Staff cannot deliver or leave packages at your door due to liability policies.
