Move & Delivery Policy – Peachtree Walk

To help protect the building and ensure elevator availability for all residents, all moves must be scheduled with the Management Office at least three (3) business days in advance.

Moves are permitted during the following hours:

Monday – Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or

  • 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Each move is limited to a four-hour reservation block.

Weekend Moves

Weekend moves are limited and subject to availability.

  • Must be scheduled and approved in advance

  • Confirmation is provided through a calendar invitation from Management

  • Weekend move fee: $300

Move Fees

A $150 non-refundable move fee is required before your move can be scheduled.

Payment must be made by:

  • Check or money order payable to Peachtree Walk Condominiums

  • Delivered to the Management Office before your scheduled move

Cash and credit card payments are not accepted.

Important Move Information

  • A move is not considered confirmed until you receive a calendar invite confirming the move

  • Moves are not permitted on Association or Government holidays or when the Management Office is closed.

  • Moves extending beyond 4:30 PM on weekdays will incur an additional $150 after-hours fee.

  • Move fees cannot be waived.

  • The Association reserves the right to reschedule moves due to building operations, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • All new Owners, Occupants, and Tenants must complete a mandatory New Resident Welcome Orientation, in person, with Management before moving in.

  • Gate access and truck parking instructions

  • Elevator reservations and protective padding

  • Moving procedures and building access requirements

Large Furniture & Appliance Deliveries or Removals

To protect building amenities and ensure elevator availability, all large furniture and appliance deliveries or removals must be scheduled in advance through the Management Office.

Scheduling Requirements

  • All deliveries must be scheduled in advance with Management.

  • A move is not considered confirmed until you receive a calendar invite confirming the move.

  • Unauthorized or unscheduled deliveries may be denied access to the building.

Elevator Reservations & Building Access

All large deliveries, including appliances, furniture, and oversized items, must be coordinated through Management in advance.

Requirements include:

  • Reserved elevator access

  • Protective elevator padding

  • Protection of common areas and corridors

  • Compliance with all building, moving, and delivery procedures

Management reserves the right to reschedule or deny access based on building operations, elevator availability, or safety concerns.

After-Hours & Weekend Deliveries

To minimize disruption to residents and ensure proper staffing and oversight, the following fees apply:

Weekday After-Hours Deliveries

  • Deliveries occurring after 4:30 PM: $150 fee

Weekend Deliveries

  • Any delivery scheduled on Saturday or Sunday: $300 fee

All after-hours and weekend deliveries must be approved by Management and scheduled in advance; fees will apply.

Unauthorized weekend large furniture or appliance deliveries may be delayed, denied access, or subject to additional charges, and violation fines may apply.

New Resident Requirements

All new owners and tenants must complete a Resident Information Form, available in the E-Docs section of the Peachtree Walk website.

All Residents/Occupants over the age of 18 must be listed and registered with the Association, and must be listed on the Resident Information Sheet.

Completed forms must be submitted to Management before occupancy.

In addition, all new residents are required to complete the Peachtree Walk Welcome Orientation with the Property Manager either:

  • Within three (3) business days before move-in, or

  • On the day of move-in, subject to Management availability
