Scheduling Your Move

  • Move & Delivery Policy – Peachtree Walk

    • All moves must be scheduled at least three (3) days in advance.

    • A $150 move fee is required before scheduling. Paid via a check or money order made payable to Peachtree Walk Condos. No cash or credit cards.

    • Moves are permitted Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

    4- hour Move Time Blocks:

    • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or

    • 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

    Weekend Moves & Deliveries:

    • Limited and subject to availability

    • Must be scheduled and confirmed via calendar invite

    • Weekend move fee: $300

    Important Notes:

    • A move or delivery is not confirmed until a calendar invite is sent

    • Moves are not permitted on holidays or when the Management Office is closed

    • Moves extending past 4:00 PM on weekdays or occurring outside approved times will incur an additional $150 fee

    • Move fees (in or out) cannot be waived.

  • Elevator padding & usage instructions

Move-In / Move-Out Fees

  • $150 non-refundable fee – due before your scheduled move.

  • If your move is not completed by 4:00 PM (weekday) or takes place on a weekend, an additional $150 fee applies.

  • Payment method: Check or money order, payable to Peachtree Walk Condos, delivered to the Management Office before your move.

New Resident Requirements

  • All new owners/tenants must complete a Resident Information Form (available in the E-Docs section of the website).

  • Completed forms must be submitted to the Management Office.

  • New residents must also complete the PW Welcome Orientation with the Property Manager within 3 business days before the move or the day of move-in (if management is available).

Large Furniture & Appliance Deliveries

All large furniture and appliance deliveries must be scheduled in advance with the Management Office.

Approved Delivery Hours:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Scheduling Requirement:
A delivery is not considered confirmed until a calendar invitation has been issued by the Management Office.

Elevator Reservations & Building Access

All large deliveries, including appliances requiring elevator use, must be coordinated through Management to ensure proper scheduling and protection of building assets.

  • Elevator reservations are required for all appliances and large deliveries

  • Protective padding and safeguarding of common areas may be required before use

  • Deliveries will not be permitted without prior approval and confirmed scheduling

  • Management reserves the right to reschedule or deny access based on building activity or availability

After-Hours & Weekend Deliveries

To discourage disruption and ensure proper staffing and oversight, the following fees apply:

  • Deliveries completed after 4:30 PM on weekdays will incur a $150 fee

  • Deliveries scheduled for any time on weekends will incur a $300 fee

All after-hours and weekend deliveries must still be scheduled and formally approved in advance by Management. Unauthorized, unscheduled, or improperly coordinated deliveries may be denied access or delayed.
